Practice makes perfect
A company run by a single person negotiates its telecoms contract once, its insurance contract once, draws up its annual accounts once and files its VAT return four times: each procedure is carried out only once or a few times a year.
The group, on the other hand, repeats these same procedures dozens of times. They have become mastered processes — analysed, studied and optimised — with a single question in mind: how to be as efficient as possible.
The group's efficiency does not come from business development, but from a repeated audit across all of its companies: they have the same needs, operate in the same way, and benefit from the same thinking and the same cost reductions.
